The Company

GLS came into being during 2003 as a result of demand through an associate who were experiencing a demand for the legalisation of predominantly Corporate documents from the BVI for use in China, the former Russian block countries and the Middle East.

Over the years the jurisdictions served increase and now include most of the ‘offshore’ world in addition to UK Corporate documents as well as the processing of personal documents for British Citizens who require authenticated documents such as passports and birth certificates so that they can obtain visas for overseas employment, residency, marriage or civil partnerships.

Obtaining the relevant authentication, although fairly straight forward in most circumstances, for some is time consuming and expensive, meaning that time needs to be spent travelling to and from the respective office of the FCDO and if necessary the respective Embassy or Consulate.
